Mabi Guy holds a university degree in Internal Public Law. He is a Teaching and Research Assistant and Secretary of the Department of Public Law at the Faculty of Law of the Official University of Bukavu. He is continuing his post-graduate studies at the University of Dschang/Cameroon - ULPGL/Goma in Internal Public Law. He conducts his research in constitutional law on the resolution of political conflicts and the consolidation of the rule of law. He also questions the decolonization of French-speaking black African states in the face of development aid from Western countries. In administrative law, he is interested in civil service law and judicial administration in a context of neglect of civil servants by the public power. Apart from his academic activities, he is a candidate magistrate. He is author of the article "Job accumulation in the Civil Service in the Democratic Republic of Congo: Law and practices", published in Conjonctures de l'Afrique centrale 2023
