About the Rotunda Policy Talks

E-CA — CRE-AC launched a new activity on March 15, 2010: the ‘Rotunda policy talks’. This series of talks brings together high-level experts actively engaged in strategic development, security and economic priorities for central Africa. The series adheres to the Chatham House rules, meaning that what is said in the meetings remains confidential. Attendance is limited and strictly by invitation. The series is designed to be flexible, taking advantage of Belgian and international experts willing to share their expertise in the areas of both in-depth analysis and updates of work in progress or de-briefings from recent missions to the region.

In accordance with Chatham House rules, these notes deliberately does not provide minutes in the form of ‘who said what’ but a list of issues discussed.
